Candle Care 101

Candle care is an important aspect of maintaining the quality and longevity of your candles. Keeping the wick trimmed to the appropriate length can prevent smoking and soot buildup. Keeping the wax free of debris and dust can prevent the candle from overheating and becoming a fire hazard. Storing candles in a cool, dry place can prevent them from melting or warping. In other words 👇🏻👇🏻

✨Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use to prevent excessive smoke and soot.

✨When lighting the candle, allow it to burn for at least 2-4 hours or until the wax melts evenly across the surface to prevent tunneling.

✨Avoid burning the candle for more than 4 hours at a time and never leave a burning candle unattended.

✨Keep the candle away from drafts and flammable objects.

✨Keep the candle away from pets and children.

✨Extinguish the candle by using a snuffer or gently blowing out the flame.

✨Always let candle cool before moving or relighting it.

✨Store candles in a cool, dry place.
